Menu : Herb Roasted Chicken Pilliard, Rice Pilaf & Roasted Asparagus OR Pan Roasted Salmon w/ Caper "Villa 46" White Wine Sauce, Rice Pilaf & Roasted Asparagus. Vegetarian Option: Grilled Assorted Vegetable Timbale w/ Goat Cheese and Sauce Romesco. *
Salad: Strawberry field spinach salad w/ Goat cheese, purple onion & balsamic vinaigrette
Desert: Seasonal fresh fruit upside down cake.Beverage: Ice Tea & Lemonade, coffee & tea service.

Cost: $25.00 per person. Please bring exact change, or a check made out to NCNC to the luncheon. Thank you in advance for this small favor.
NOTES: JUL 2014, The board of Directors has changed the luncheon policy to allow current club members and their guests to have priority registration. Reservations by Alumni and Non-Members will be accepted seven days past the initial announcement date.
Attire: Seating will be inside & outside 50/50, so please bring your hat, sweater & sunscreen just in case your seated outside.
