The June luncheon will be held in the gardens of the Cambria Pines Lodge. The restaurant provides a relaxing, casual environment with beautiful garden views in a lovely natural setting.

Menu: Your choice of a Pasta Buffet or Vegetarian Plate.

  • Pasta Buffet with Chicken and Salmon Filet: Linguine and penne pastas; Alfredo, pesto or marinara sauces. Add Grilled chicken breast, julienned; and/or Salmon filet. Top it off with a green salad, seasonal vegetable, and garlic bread.
  • Vegetarian plate: Ravioli with Basil Cream (plated and served): Sun-dried tomato, butternut squash and cheese ravioli combined, topped with herbs from the Cambria Pines garden and Parmesan Basil Cream. All served with green salad, rolls and butter.

Dessert is Chef's choice!

Beverages will include coffee, iced tea and water. Wine or Bloody Marys will available for purchase at $7 per glass. Domestic beer is available at $4 per glass.

Program: In lieu of a speaker, we will recognize the outgoing Board of Directors and install new officers and Board members at this luncheon.

11:00 AM Social hour
12:00 PM Lunch and Meeting

Directions: From 101 North or South, exit 46 West toward Cambria. After about 21 miles at the “T” intersection, make a right onto CA-1 North. In 3 miles, turn right onto Burton Drive and the Lodge will be on the left.

The deadline for reservations and cancellations is:
8:00 pm, Tuesday, May 24

Attire: We will be in the Gazebo Garden. Attire should be suited to the outdoors with an eye towards the weather--bring a light wrap if it's cool, bring a sunhat if it is warm. Cambria is cooler than Paso, but it can get warm by mid-day. The garden area is very green and grassy, but the only real shade is from umbrellas on or near the tables.

Cost: $25 per person

Thank you in advance for bringing exact change or a check (pre-written to NCNC) to the luncheon.  You may also pay online with PayPal or credit card through the NCNC website until the May 24th deadline.
