DIRECTIONS: Take Hwy 46 east from Hwy 101. After crossing Golden Hill Rd, go 3.5 miles; turn right into the entrance to Hunter Ranch Golf Course, 4041 E. Hwy 46, Paso Robles. Take the road up the hill to the parking lot and walk to The Grill Restaurant on top of the hill.
Program: Installation of New Officers. It’s time to say goodbye to John Peters and the 2013-2014 Board and extend our thanks for a great year. Welcome to Jack Chapman and the 2014-2015 Board. Another fun and interesting year ahead!!
Menu: (Choice of) *
Cobb Salad: Fresh garden greens topped with grilled chicken, Kelly’s bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, avocado, red onions and black olives. Choice of dressing.
DaVinci Sandwich: Marinated and grilled chicken breast, Kelly’s bacon, fresh avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, red onions and melted Swiss cheese. Served on a demi loaf with basil aioli. Accompanied with fresh seasonal fruit.
Fish Tacos: Beer battered Icelandic cod fried to a golden brown, wrapped in warm corn tortillas and topped with a creamy chipotle sauce, fresh cilantro, green cabbage and lemon. Served with black beans and rice.
Southwest Salad (veggie option): Romaine lettuce,black beans, cheddar and jack cheeses layeredwith tomato, red onion, guacamole, sour cream,cilantro and black olives. Finished with crispy corn tortilla strips. Served with chipotle ranch dressing.
Iced tea, coffee.
