Calipaso Winery and Villa, just north of Paso Robles, is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and framed by hundreds of acres of lush vineyards. The Inn offers a unique setting that highlights Paso Robles’s natural beauty. It is an intimate boutique-style hotel with a Tuscan flavor. We will dine and dance the night away in the romantic courtyard.
Featuring: Bremen Town, a band that plays folk/Americana with a touch of bluegrass. The band plays at local hot spots and community events.
Social hour: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Wines will be available by the bottle or by the glass
Buffet Dinner Served at 6:00 pm
Music from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Maximum No. of Guests: 150
Cost per person: $55 – Buffet, provided by Calipaso’s Chef, Cassandra Corsbie, and her staff, includes:
- Farmers Market Garden salad with heirloom tomatoes, pickled carrot ribbons and red onions, fresh cucumber, shaved Manchego, and house-made herbed ranch
- Citrus brined, Beewench farm whole oven roasted chicken (broken down) with butter poached Swiss chard, blistered tomatoes, and saffron cream on a bed of black wild rice
- Farmers market ratatouille with all the vegetables market has to offer braised in a rich and hearty marinara with caramelized onion and mustard seed Heirloom green beans
- Mini lemon meringue and wild berry pies
- Iced tea and water

July 26th at 8:00 pm – or when capacity is reached
There will be no new registration after the deadline or once the event is sold out. If event sells out, you may add your name to a waiting list.

Pre-payment is appreciated as it simplifies and expedites event check-ins.

Payment at event is accepted if you are pre-registered. Cash or check is accepted; to expedite check in, please be prepared with:
- Check, pre-written to North County Newcomers Club
- Cash, exact change
Cancellation deadline
If you need to cancel, it must be by July 26th at 8:00 pm. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you are still responsible for its payment.
Please note reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable after the published cancellation date.
If unable to attend, you may not send a substitute. In consideration of those on our wait list, please contact reservations@northcountynewcomers.org
Important health and safety notice
All attendees (members and guests) at any NCNC sponsored event or activity, must be fully vaccinated. Moreover, at any large gathering, including but not limited to monthly general meetings and wine club meetings, proof of vaccination will be required.
