Registration opens:
February 7th - Members in good standing and their guests
February 14th - Alumni and their guests
Registration closes:
February 22nd, 8 pm - or when capacity is reached.
There will be no new registration after the deadline or once the event is sold out. If event sells out, you may add your name to a waiting list.
Payment:
Pre-Payment is now required on-line
- By credit card using our secure online payment system
Cancellation deadline:
If you need to cancel, it must be by February 22nd at 8 pm. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
Reservations are non-refundable after the published cancellation date.
If unable to attend, and it is after the deadline, you may send a substitute Member (or guests if accompanied by a Member). However, please contact reservations@northcountynewcomers.org to let them and our Hospitality team know who to expect at the door.
