Registration opens:
November 9th - Members in good standing and guestsNovember 16th - Alumni and guests
Registration closes:
November 26th, 8 pm - or when capacity is reached.
There will be no new registration after the deadline or once the event is sold out. If event sells out, you may add your name to a waiting list.
Cancellation deadline:
If you need to cancel, it must be by November 26th at 8 pm. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
Reservations are non-refundable after the published cancellation date.
If you are unable to attend, and it is after the deadline, you may send a substitute Member (or guests if accompanied by a Member), however please contact reservations@northcountynewcomers.org first, to let them and our Hospitality team know who to expect at the door.
