NCNC General Meeting: Dinner and Dancing — September 7
Hartley Farms, 6770 Estrella Road, San Miguel 93451
Hartley Farms is a beautifully landscaped two-acre fruit farm. Its shady, meandering pathways lead to a spectacular opening with a sycamore tree-shaded area for seating, dining and dancing.
Move to the beat of the Bobby Santa Cruz Family Band, featuring our own Marty Townsend.
Social hour: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
• Midnight Cellars Wines will be sold by the bottle or glass.
Cash only, please!
Buffet dinner: 6:30 pm
Music: 7 pm – 9 pm
Maximum number of guests: 110
Cost per person: $60
Includes a buffet provided by Amy and Jaime’s Place:
• Italian baby green salad with artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, red onion, shaved parmesan cheese, Italian vinaigrette
• Chicken cacciatore — boneless chicken thighs braised in a rich tomato wine sauce
• Cavatappi pasta with freshly made basil cream sauce
• French rolls and butter
• Chocolate tangerine brownies
• Individual strawberry mousse

August 13 — Members in good standing and guests
August 20 — Alumni and guests

Registration closes:
August 30 at 8 pm – or when capacity is reached
There will be no new registration after the deadline or once the event is sold out. If event sells out, you may add your name to a waiting list.
Payment:
Pre-payment is appreciated as it simplifies and expedites event check-ins.

Payment at event is accepted if you are pre-registered. Cash or check is accepted; to expedite check in, please be prepared with:
- Check, pre-written to North County Newcomers Club
- Cash, exact change
Cancellation deadline:
If you need to cancel, it must be by August 30 at 8 pm. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you are still responsible for its payment.
Please note reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable after the published cancellation date.
Important health and safety notice:
All attendees (members and guests) at any NCNC sponsored event or activity, must be fully vaccinated. Moreover, at any large gathering, including but not limited to monthly general meetings and wine club meetings, proof of vaccination will be required.
