Get your cowboy on at this popular location. The Loading Chute in Creston is a perennial favorite with Newcomers and for good reason. The food is delicious and there's plenty of it!

Program:
Our speaker will be: Christy Christie from the SLO County Worm Farm.

Most gardeners are aware of the magic of taking organic matter, such as leaves and vegetable scraps, and converting it into nutrient-rich humus. Christie will discuss an alternative method, using worms rather than heat, to compost. Learn why Aristotle called worms, "the intestines of the soil."

Buffet of baby back ribs, quarter grilled chicken, mixed green salad with choice of ranch or Italian dressing, sliced garlic bread, ranch style beans,

NOTE: A vegetarian pasta dish is available for pre-order only.  Please advise when you make your reservation.

Dessert: carrot cake

Iced tea, coffee, and water provided.

Beer and wine available at an extra cost.
